This amazing traditional shamanic practice, uses the secretion of the giant green monkey tree frog from the Amazon to bring about a deep physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual cleansing process.
Indigenous tribes have used this frog poison for centuries. Warriors used it to increase stamina, strength and clarity, as well as to bring luck and other good things upon themselves.
Ayahuasca in Cusco
Also known as Yage, the tea or “La Abuelita” — Ayahuasca is a brew made from the leaves of a plant known as chacruna or chacropanga. It is a small bush that normally grows by the amazon rivers. Chacruna mixed along with the stalks of the Ayahuasca vine, that grows deep into the Amazon Jungle, are the two elements that are cooked with water for days traditionally in a ceremony were the brewmasters are constantly drinking the medicine during the process.
